Free Accident Replacement

IF YOU WERE INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WHILE WEARING A MICRODOT HELMET, PLEASE DO NOT WEAR IT AGAIN!

We’ll replace your damaged lid for free so that you can get right back to riding. 

MicroDOT Helmets Co. is the only major helmet company offering a FREE lifetime accident replacement policy. We will replace your helmet with one of equal or lesser value. Or, if you choose, you may apply the full value towards one from a more expensive helmet collection. The customer would then only pay the difference between the new helmet and the original purchase. NOTE: The customer is responsible for $20 in shipping and handling costs

The following replacement policy is in effect for MicroDOT Helmets  purchased in the United States.  

INSTRUCTIONS

To receive a replacement helmet, please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Return the damaged helmet to MicroDOT Helmets Co. 4705 County Road 610
   Alvarado, Tx. 76009
2. Include a copy of a valid Police Accident Report and Proof of Purchase ( If bought from us directly, we will have the proof of purchase) 
3. Please provide us with your contact name, address, email address & phone number.
4. To cover Handling and Shipping, please include a check, a money order, or a $20 bill. Checks will be made out to MicroDOT Helmets Co.
