Shipping from MicroDOT Helmet Co.
We make the delivery of your purchase simple and easy. Just place your order with us, and it will be delivered to you via USPS, UPS or DHL.
Please keep in mind that it is our goal to ship your order fast but we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Overnight Shipping of MicroDOT Helmets
If you would like to purchase overnight shipping, please get in touch with our office during regular business hours, 10 AM-3 PM, CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You acknowledge that by clicking on the "Place Order" button, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale Agreement and Warranty policy. You are indicating your full intent and full agreement to all terms and conditions of this sale agreement and warranty policy and that your clicking on the "Place Order" button, shall constitute your signature on this agreement.
Warehouse & Shipping
Your product order is carefully packed to protect against shipping damage. We use environmentally friendly packing and recycle surplus cardboard, plastic, and other materials.
Once your order is packed, it is scanned into the tracking system for your convenience. We ship via USPS or UPS.
Order processing is 2-5 business days. During holiday seasons, transit time may be longer. Orders may not be canceled or refused due to extended transit schedules. For the best results, if you have a birthday, holiday gift, etc., always order far enough in advance.
MICRODOT HELMETS can't guarantee any exact shipping time. Depending from the carrier, shipping times listed are estimates only.
Urgent! Shipping Inspection Information
You must inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and note ANY damages to delivery. You must also report any -damages to MICRODOT HELMETS by email at email@example.com or by phone at 817-478-0497 within 24 hours of receiving your shipment for us to file a claim for any damages. If a shipment is refused without the approval of MICRODOT HELMETS, the restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.
Delivery can take an average of anywhere from 3-10 business days from your order date, depending on your location, weather, traffic conditions, and time of the year. We use UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers for shipping on all orders.
Items that are available for immediate delivery will typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Remember that Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days. If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, we will try to contact you to inform you that the item you purchased is temporarily out of stock.
Terms, Conditions & Customer Responsibiliti
Please understand that HELMET laws in every state and country are different. Make sure you research and understand the HELMETS laws in your area before you make your purchase. MicroDOT Helmet Co. is not responsible for ensuring your purchase is legal to use within your jurisdiction or country.

Receiving Your Shipment:
All items are appropriately packaged to protect your shipment.
NOTE: If your Helmet has any damaged parts due to shipping, you must note any damage upon delivery; otherwise, you are accepting the unit in good condition, and you are accepting "Full Responsibility" for any and all shipping damage. The buyer will receive new replacement items "free of charge" to replace any damaged parts due to shipping if you note the damage on the delivery receipt. Failure to note the damage on the delivery receipt may void the ability to file a freight claim for you and to provide you free items from any shipping damage.
To qualify or a refund, all items returned within 15 days of receiving must be in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been worn, used, abused, or damaged in any way. Items must also arrive complete (including warranty cards, promotional items, size stickers and the legal DOT certified interior label intact.) and with the original packaging.
Must be made within 24 hours after your order is placed. Please call us at 817-478-0497 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled without the return charges that we incur. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. An email confirmation will notify you once the refund has been issued.
MicroDOT Helmet Co. works hard to ship your order correctly. If there is any discrepancy in your order, you must notify our customer service department at 817-478-0497 within 48 hours from the receipt of the item. Any items that are returned damaged or used (factory defects not included) will not be accepted, and freight charges will be charged to the customer. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for closeout items.
Sale - Discounted Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

I, as a buyer, am aware of the risks, hazards, and dangers of personal injury, death, and disability inherent with the specific use of Helmets as well as the inherent dangers, hazards, and dangers of personal injury and disability increase with inexperienced riders. I, as a buyer, fully understand that I am responsible for selecting the correct size and proper type of Helmet; when purchasing a unit(s) for an adult or a child. I, as a buyer, agree to release and forever discharge MICRODOT HELMETS or related companies and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected to your participation or use of these helmets, use of items supplied by MicroDOT Helmet Co. or its parent company or your presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, manufacture or distributor. By this Agreement, it is my intention as buyer, to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal rights to seek damages from MicroDOT Helmet Co. or its parent company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf.
This Agreement shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives, and assigns. I, as a buyer, as a result of this certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I, as a buyer, have carefully read the preceding and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all the above Terms and Conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this Agreement and the effect of the same. I, as a buyer, am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk, and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I, as a buyer, therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child's, or myself, activities with any items purchased from MicroDOT Helmet Co.
Important Limitations on Your Rights:
I, as a buyer, have carefully read the Terms and Conditions agreement as well as the warranty policy and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all the Terms and Conditions and Warranty Policy. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this Agreement and Warranty and how they relate to my purchase. I, as a buyer, am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for any item(s), I assume all risks and waive and release all legal rights that I may have or possess. I, as a buyer, therefore release all liability and waive all legal rights I may have in and with any items purchased from MICRODOT HELMETS. Any and all issues or problems will be solved in accordance with the terms agreement and warranty policy specified in this binding contract. By purchasing a product from MICRODOT HELMETS, once the order has been shipped you agree that you waive your right to any chargeback on your credit card or Pay Pal account under any circumstance (except non-receipt of order) and will handle any and all issues in accordance to our terms and conditions policy and warranty policy.
You (by purchasing from MICRODOT HELMETS) agree that Texas law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive venue of the federal and state courts in the State of Texas as MICRODOT HELMETS sole option, and that you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the State of Texas. The failure of MICRODOT HELMETS to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The failure of MICRODOT HELMETS or You to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. This Agreement, accepted by You, upon Your purchasing from MICRODOT HELMETS, contains the entire Agreement between you and MICRODOT HELMETS. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
