Since our designs are proprietary, our helmets DO NOT fit like the cheaper universal helmets. Please measure your head before ordering. Just in case, we always call you to confirm the correct size and see if we can answer any other sizing questions before shipment.

The Best Fit is an Initially Snug Fit. Our helmets mold to your head after a short period of usage.

FAQ

How do I measure my head?
Measure approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows, around the widest part of your head. Use a soft fabric tape and do not overtighten. Please don't use a metal tape measure, because it won't bend to fit your head. Then match your measurement to the size chart.
Will you check my size before it ships?
Yes. We call every customer to confirm head size and shape before shipping. Our team will reach out by phone, text or email.
Can I remove the reflective tape?
Please leave it on. Pursuant to NHTSA regulations, a MicroLID helmet returned or exchanged must have its original reflective tape fully intact.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2-5 business days (no shipping on weekends or holidays). Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days. Standard shipping is available to the contiguous U.S.

Warranty

Micro DOT Helmets are warranted for a lifetime against all safety defects. (The original interior label must be intact for all warranty claims to be honored.) Micro DOT Helmets have free replacement if damaged in a verifiable accident. (A copy of the police/accident report and proof of purchase are required.)

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the helmet is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we shipped the wrong item. Exchanges for a different size or model are available if the helmet is unused and resellable. Include $10 (cash or check) with the exchange. Refunds include a $10 restock/cleaning fee. Please do not remove the size sticker or the internal label. Removing it voids the warranty and the return policy. Closeout items are final sale. Pursuant to NHTSA regulations, any MicroLID helmet submitted for return or exchange must have its original reflective tape fully intact. MicroLID helmets with removed, damaged or altered reflective tape are not eligible for return or exchange.
