MicroDOT Helmets is A Veteran-owned business.

MICRODOT HELMETS makes the delivery of your purchase simple and easy. Just place your order with us, and it will be delivered right to your door. 

Please keep in mind that our goal is to ship your order fast after it is placed. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Shipping times are average estimates only. 

If you would like to purchase overnight shipping, please contact our office during regular business hours, 10 AM-6 PM CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Terms & Conditions:

- Offer limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses in the contiguous U.S. only.

- Offer is limited to stock on hand, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Your electronic signature is Acknowledged when you Click the Place Order Button, confirming that you have read the Terms and Conditions of Sale Agreement and the Warranty Policy. It has the same effect as if you signed it in ink.

Electronic Signatures. 

You acknowledge that by clicking on the "Place Order" button, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale Agreement and Warranty policy. You are indicating your full intent and full agreement to all terms and conditions of this sale agreement and warranty policy and that your clicking on the "Place Order" button shall constitute your signature on this agreement.

WAREHOUSE & SHIPPING

We ship within 2-5 business days of your order. Your product order is packed to protect against shipping damage. 

Every unit is checked before shipping to help ensure everything is correct on shipments. We also package our items in the safest packaging to help eliminate shipping damage.

Once your order is packed, it is scanned into the tracking system for your convenience.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Next Day Air and 2nd DAY Air deliveries are also available.

* Note shipping times listed or verbally given on the phone are estimates only. MICRODOT HELMETS does not guarantee an exact shipping time. We do our very best to provide you with an accurate shipping and processing times estimate. Order processing is 2-5 business days. During holiday seasons, transit time may be longer. If you have a birthday, holiday gift, etc., always order far enough in advance for the best results. We are not responsible for any exact delivery times.

URGENT! SHIPPING INSPECTION INFORMATION: 

Upon arrival, you must inspect your shipment immediately and note ANY delivery damages. You must also report any damages to MICRODOT HELMETS by email at info@skootdog.com or by phone at 817-478-0497 within 24 hours of receiving your shipment for us to file a claim for any damages. If a shipment is refused without the approval of MICRODOT HELMETS, the shipping charges will apply.

Delivery can take anywhere from 3-to 10 business days from your order date, depending on your location, weather, traffic conditions, and season in the year. We use UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers for shipping on all orders.

STOCK STATUS

There may be a rare instance when we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item. This does not happen often. We will contact you promptly to inform you that the item you purchased is temporarily out of stock. We will contact you immediately to give the status of any order you place with us.
