MICRODOT HELMETS makes the delivery of your purchase simple and easy. Just place your order with us, and it will be delivered right to your door. 

Please keep in mind that our goal is to ship your order fast after it is placed. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Shipping times are average estimates only.

- Offer limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses in the contiguous U.S. only.

- Offer is limited to stock on hand, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

WAREHOUSE & SHIPPING

We ship within 2-5 business days of your order. Your product order is packed to protect against shipping damage. 

Every unit is checked before shipping to help ensure everything is correct on shipments. We also package our items in the safest packaging to help eliminate shipping damage.

Once your order is packed, it is scanned into the tracking system for your convenience.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Next Day Air and 2nd DAY Air deliveries are also available.

We do our very best to provide you with an accurate shipping and processing times estimate. Order processing is 2-5 business days. During holiday seasons, transit time may be longer. If you have a birthday, holiday gift, etc., always order far enough in advance for the best results. We are not responsible for any exact delivery times.

URGENT! SHIPPING INSPECTION INFORMATION: 

Upon arrival, you must inspect your shipment immediately and note ANY delivery damages. You must also report any damages to MICRODOT HELMETS by email at info@skootdog.com or by phone at 817-478-0497 within 24 hours of receiving your shipment for us to file a claim for any damages. If a shipment is refused without the approval of MICRODOT HELMETS, the shipping charges will apply.

Delivery can take anywhere from 3-to 10 business days from your order date, depending on your location, weather, traffic conditions, and season in the year. We use UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers for shipping on all orders.

STOCK STATUS

There may be a rare instance when we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item. This does not happen often. We will contact you promptly to inform you that the item you purchased is temporarily out of stock. We will contact you immediately to give the status of any order you place with us.

Warranty - MicroDOT Helmets

• Micro DOT Helmets are Warranted for a Lifetime against all Safety Defects

• Micro DOT Helmets have Free Replacement if Damaged in a Verifiable Accident. (Copy of the Police/Accident Report Required)

Exchanges:

Unlike many other helmet companies, you may exchange your product for a different size or model. It MUST be unused, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition. Include $10 cash or, check with your return and a replacement item will be mailed the day after the returned item was received (in most cases). 
Exchanges will be processed if the item is received within 30 days of the delivery date

Include a note with your undamaged returned item stating your name, the original order number, your current contact information and your request to

NOTE: Returned item must not have the size sticker or the internal label removed. This will void the warranty and exchange/return policy.

Refunds:

A refund request will be honored if all exchange conditions are met, and the returned item is received within 30 days of the delivery date. Your refund will be issued  when the returned item has been received in new and undamaged condition. Return the helmet to

• Shipping Errors: In the unlikely event we sent the wrong item, we will assume all costs for the return and exchange of your item.

MicroDOT LLC is not responsible for incorrectly delivered or late shipments due to carrier mistakes, acts of God, network shutdown, or any circumstance that may have caused your package not to be delivered on time.
